Registration Information: Each adult registrant must register for this event on GivePulse. Registration is required to participate in the event. https://kennesaw.givepulse.com/event/546866-2025-ksu-day-of-service

 

• Registrants are only permitted to sign up for ONE (1) service project. Please avoid signing up for multiple projects.
• Some service projects have provided transportation to and from the site. If you require transportation, please ensure you sign up for a site that provides it.

 

Minor Registration: All participants must be at least 11 years of age to participate in the Day of Service. If you wish to register a minor, an adult must register and add them on their behalf. Additionally, please email dayofservice@kennesaw.edu to receive a copy of the 2025 Days of Service event waiver. This form must be completed and brought at check-in.

 

Registration Deadline: To provide us with an approximate head count for food, t-shirts, and volunteers, we would greatly appreciate all registrations by March 29th by 9:45am. There are no opportunities for walk up registration.

 

Transportation: Transportation is provided for select sites and is listed in the title description of each service project. Participants needing transportation are expected to sign up for a project where it is provided. For students on the Marietta campus, a Big Owl Bus Charter will be available to transport you to the Kennesaw campus. Loading of these buses will take place from 7:45 AM to 8:15 AM at the bus stop outside the Joe Mack Wilson Student Center.

 

Kick-off Event: Participants will arrive on campus in the morning to attend the kick-off event at 9AM. Participants will receive breakfast and an event t-shirt before departing to their respective service sites. Breakfast will be provided by Whataburger.
