About this Event
Add to calendarPlease join the Center for Sustainable Journalism at Kennesaw State University for our annual Bokeh Focus photography exhibit on Nov. 13 at 6 p.m. ET. Bokeh Focus, published by the Center for Sustainable Journalism, is a platform for professional, amateur and youth photographers to showcase their photography and express the way they see the world and the issues that take priority in their lives.
This year’s theme, “The New World: Isolation,” will feature the work of young photographers depicting what the new world of isolation looks like for them. We are excited to be collaborating with young photographers from the metro Atlanta area, the nation and the world about the topic of living in isolation during the COVID-19 crisis. The exhibit will gain additional traction by running in tandem with the annual Atlanta Celebrates Photography event and our annual fundraiser, NewsMatch.
It is with great enthusiasm that we announce the partnership of CSJ’s Bokeh Focus with the J. Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles, CA. Our November 2020 photography exhibit and upcoming 2021 initiatives will launch in collaboration with Getty and their award-winning Unshuttered photography program. Getty Unshuttered at the J. Paul Getty Museum is generously supported by the Genesis Inspiration Foundation.
