Add to calendarThe Campus to Community Forum is a new series developed by KSU’s Office of Economic Development and Community Engagement to bring together University and industry experts to engage in a dialogue about some of the state’s most pressing topics.
This forum will focus on CID, or Community Improvement Districts, which is a type of business improvement district widely used throughout metro Atlanta. CIDs are voluntary self-taxing districts, with commercial and industrial property owners making additional investments in infrastructure, parks, and transportation.
This forum will feature three panelists:
Tracy Styf – Executive Director, Town Center Community Improvement District
Bob Voyles – Principal/Founder, Seven Oaks Company board member, Cumberland CID board member, Central Perimeter CID
Dr. Tyler Reinagel – Associate Vice President for Economic Development, Assistant Professor of Public Administration, Norman J. Radow College of Humanities and Social Sciences, Kennesaw State University
It will be moderated by Dana Johnson, Chief Operating Officer, Cobb Chamber, Executive Director, SelectCobb
