This workshop explores conflict resolution and/or management within organizations and other contexts via effective communicative strategies. This workshop dives into understanding conflicting and compatible goals using the T.R.I.P. acronym. The workshop concludes with applying communication strategies such as descriptive language, adaptation, and paraphrasing content and emotions to establish understanding and move toward resolution.
