The Constitution and Public Health-Panel Discussion: A virtual panel presentation with professors of the School of Government & International Affairs.  We will look at how the government has dealt with epidemics and other medical crises in the past, possibly with some attention to ideas like mandatory mask-wearing, vaccinations, and quarantines.
