Burnout is one the leading causes of stress in the workplace and can significantly impact one’s overall wellbeing and sense of purpose within an organization (Pope-Ruark, 2022). With the everchanging landscape in roles and academic settings, faculty may find themselves having to consistently adjust to changing modalities.
