The Early Career Lecturers Mutual Mentoring Group provides an opportunity for lecturers to build community and support each other as they seek to flourish in their first few years at KSU. Members will meet monthly for 1 hour to discuss topics and share resources related to the opportunities and challenges lecturers experience in early career.
