Faculty are a cornerstone of student success, yet the demands of the role can lead to faculty burnout. This workshop is for faculty seeking to align their professional journey with their core values and passion for creating meaningful learning experiences. Participants will explore evidence-based coping strategies to help manage and avoid burnout, as well as practical tools for balancing professional responsibilities and personal well-being. We will discuss and apply strategies for aligning these tools with evidence-based teaching and learning practices that support student success. This highly interactive and collaborative session is part of a three-part series designed to help faculty reflect, recharge, and reignite their passion for teaching. Attendees should commit to attending each of the three sessions in this series because the activities build on each other. Other dates in the series are March 6th and April 3rd.
