How'd Your Semester Go? Reflecting for Growth

Once you've turned in your grades for the semester, it's pretty tempting to close the computer and go bake cookies or pack for a trip or turn to other things. But you noticed some things this semester about what and how your students learned. Maybe you're still thinking about that one class session in the middle of the semester where everything went right (or nothing did). Maybe, as you're starting to calculate semester grades, you're seeing certain trends or surprises. This workshop will provide space and time for participants to reflect on how their teaching went this semester, and will include a set of takeaway strategies for reflecting on future semesters. A short "pre-work" prepatory assignment will be sent out a week before the chat.
