Managing Anxiety and Depression During COVID-19 webinar workshop will be informal, educational, with some chances for interaction with the counselor and other group members. These virtual workshops are not a therapy group, but they are designed to give you information and skills, and give you the opportunity to practice those skills on your own. This is a time of many changes and stress around the world and this webinar is designed to help you better understand potential signs of anxiety and depression, learn ways to cope, and provide resources.

Virtual workshop will be hosted using Microsoft Teams app. RSVP on OwlLife and an invitation to the MS Teams meeting will be sent to you prior to the event.  You can RSVP up to 30 minutes prior to start time.
