Relax, de-stress, and refuel in nature! Come join KSU Community and Professional Education’s Mindful Movement & Relaxation class, incorporating both gentle movement and relaxation / breathing techniques! This class will be held concurrently with the Marietta Earth Week Fair.

 

  • No mat? No problem, CPE will be bringing some!

 

  • No pre-registration required!

 

  • No experience necessary!

Mindful Movement & Relaxation Class Description:

 

A gentle combination of Pilates and yoga designed to provide a full body stretch, strengthen your core muscles, and keep you energized for the rest of your week.  Feel the difference moving and breathing with intention can make in your life.
