DESCRIPTION:OwlFit is hosting an employee only group fitness restorative yi
 n yoga class! Restorative Yin Yoga is a therapeutic yoga class that is desi
 gned to promote holistic well-being by cultivating an intentional self-care
  practice and developing the mind-body connection. Participants will engage
  in restorative yoga practices\, including breath techniques\, postures\, a
 nd meditation.\n\n \n\nThis class will be held in the Student Recreation an
 d Activities Center\, group fitness studio. No registration is required. \n

 ployee Appreciation Week by offering an exclusive $10 membership for the we
 ek! You’ll receive access to both Student Recreation Centers May 12-16\, 20
