OwlFit and Aquatics are hosting an employee only group fitness Splash 'N Dash class! Splash ‘N Dash is a 30-minute, fun, fast paced water workout designed to fit into busy schedules. Each day has the different focus combining cardio, core, and strength training from a dedicated aquatic fitness professional. Be sure to bring sunscreen and a towel!

Held in the Student Recreation and Activities Center, outdoor pool. No registration is required.
