Do you know what you should consider when you receive your offer letter? What other benefits should you look at, and what should you think through when you might have multiple offers to consider? In this workshop, we will cover how to consider all that is being offered and how to make the best decision when it comes to your career. We will look at things such as salary, sick leave, vacation leave, parental leave, health insurance, and other benefits offered by organizations. We will also discuss what you should do if you have been offered multiple opportunities and how to professionally navigate that situation.
